Your Responsibilities- Strategic Growth and Development: Develop and manage an innovative and market-oriented product portfolio to drive the growth and strengthening of our training business in Europe.
- Business Development: Inspire and advise local teams through in-depth analyses and effective portfolio presentations, ensuring a strong business focus.
- Digital Sales and Marketing: Develop digital sales packages and strategies, converting content from free to paid services while ensuring an optimal user experience.
- Value Proposition and Go-to-Market Strategy: Create value propositions and define and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with stakeholders and the marketing team.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with local teams and stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation and optimization of new systems and processes.
- Coordination and Support: Support daily operational queries from European Academy countries and actively participate in roadmap implementations.
- Bachelor or Master degree or relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong business focus with experience in product or portfolio management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Knowledge of Spanish, French or other languages is a plus.
- Experience or affinity with Learning & Development and digital tools such as LMS, webinars, and e-learning.
- Proactive and customer-oriented attitude with a commercial mindset.
- Strong business management skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Flexible, stress-resistant, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
This position offers a combination of remote work and office-based work.
