Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics R&D/Mechatronics Engineer to join our growing team. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electronic systems for our company's R&D efforts and products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement electronic systems for our R&D efforts and products, ensuring they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
  2. Instrumentation Selection: Select instrumentation (sensors, components, etc.) for monitoring systems at lab and industrial installations, considering factors such as accuracy, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  3. PCB Design and Development: Design, develop, and test printed circuit boards (PCBs) from prototyping to production, ensuring they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
  4. Low-Level Programming: Develop low-level programming for microcontrollers and embedded programming (Texas, microchips, C/C++, Qt), ensuring seamless communication between systems.
  5. Project Management: Participate in all development phases, including specifications, design and build, acceptance tests, and installation and validation of equipment at client/partner facilities.
  6. Order Management: Manage orders, coordinate outsourced activities to subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  7. Technical Documentation: Prepare technical reports and manuals for the systems, ensuring they are accurate, comprehensive, and easy to understand.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Industrial/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of industry or R&D experience, with a strong background in electronics design and development.
  3. Skills: Hands-on experience in hardware design (PCB, schematics, data sheets, BOM, etc.) and components assembly, as well as low-level programming for microcontrollers and embedded programming (Texas, microchips, C/C++, Qt).
  4. Language: Good level of English (C1) is a must.
