Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze and review RFQ submissions
* Distribute RFQ to different stakeholders
* Gather data from relevant internal stakeholders during the tender management process
* Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders during the tender management process
* Coordinate communications
* Focus on deadlines (internal and external) and follow up with stakeholders
* Follow RFQ pricing strategy
* Complete the RFQ submission, present to main stakeholder for review & submission

* Coordinate and ensure accuracy of Ocean data on the platform for the region
* Act as point of contact for questions from subject matter
* Update rates and report any issue or lack of information on the system
* Run periodic reviews to ensure data accuracy

Requirements:

* Logistics studies degree
* 3 years of Freight Forwarding experience
* Excellent Ocean Product skills/knowledge/experience
* Excellent Pricing experience & knowledge
* Good Networking skills
* Excellent Interpersonal skills
* Excellent Understanding of Tender processes
* Very good Understanding of Ocean principles
* Excellent Planning & organizing skills
* Excellent PC skills
* Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent Time management
* Excellent Data accuracy

Personal Attributes:

* English Language - verbal/written - Fluent
* Additional Languages a plus
