As a key member of our Ocean team, you will be responsible for coordinating the Ocean Pricing process, liaising with relevant stakeholders, and maintaining effective communication and strong working relationships.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Analyzing and reviewing RFQ submissions
* Distributing RFQs to stakeholders
* Gathering data from internal stakeholders during the tender management process
* Liaising with internal stakeholders during the tender management process
* Coordinating communications
* Focusing on deadlines and following up with stakeholders
* Following RFQ pricing strategy
* Completing RFQ submissions and presenting to main stakeholders for review and submission

In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring accuracy of Ocean data on the customer quotation system (Freightos or other) and acting as a point of contact for questions from subject matter experts.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of tender processes and Ocean principles. You will also need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
