Position Overview
The Dynatrace Innovation Services team is dedicated to crafting and implementing solutions that enhance the Dynatrace platform through contemporary automation strategies and tools. We are in search of an enthusiastic individual who is committed to ongoing innovation to join our team as a Cloud Automation Solutions Architect. In this capacity, you will be tasked with executing Automation Service projects and creating pioneering technical solutions that elevate our Cloud Automation applications and Dynatrace service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution – Lead the delivery of client-focused Automation Services projects.
- Innovative Solution Development – Continuously investigate and formulate new and inventive solutions and service offerings aimed at IT process automation.
- Training and Enablement – Deliver technical training and support for Automation service offerings to Dynatrace and partner delivery teams.
- Sales Support – Assist in customer-facing sales presentations by providing theoretical and technical insights regarding our Cloud Automation solutions and offerings.
- Advocacy – Promote Cloud Automation solutions, service offerings, and client success stories through various channels.
Qualifications:
- A technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering) or equivalent professional experience is required.
- Over 5 years of experience as a consultant or architect within highly technical, agile teams.
- Proficient in modern software engineering methodologies.
- Experience with contemporary release and incident management practices.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery pipelines, testing methodologies, and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of modern IaaS, PaaS, container, and serverless cloud technologies.
- Experience in cloud-native application development.
- Familiarity with current deployment automation tools and techniques.
- Experience with the enterprise software sales process is preferred.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills are essential.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities are required.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with peers and other departments to achieve assigned objectives and effectively manage projects in a matrix environment.
Additional Information:
- This position does not include direct reports or management responsibilities.
- Contribute to the evaluation of candidates during the recruitment process and assist in the onboarding and training of new team members.
