Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Cloud Automation Solutions Architect to join our Innovation Services team. As a Cloud Automation Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in delivering customer-facing Automation Services engagements, developing innovative technical solutions, and enabling Dynatrace's customers to capitalize on the benefits of cloud automation.

Responsibilities

  1. Engagement Delivery – You will be responsible for delivering customer-facing Automation Services engagements, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding customer expectations.
  2. Solution Development – You will continuously explore and develop new and innovative solutions and service offerings focused on IT process automation, staying ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving cloud automation landscape.
  3. Enablement – You will provide technical training and Automation service offering enablement for Dynatrace and Partner delivery resources, empowering them to effectively deliver cloud automation solutions.
  4. Pre-Sales – You will support customer-facing sales calls, delivering theoretical and technical sessions covering our Cloud Automation solutions, offerings, and concepts, helping customers make informed decisions about their cloud automation strategies.
  5. Evangelism – You will evangelize the Cloud Automation solutions, service offerings, and customer stories through events and social media, showcasing the value of cloud automation and driving business growth for Dynatrace.

Qualifications

  1. Technical degree (i.e., Computer Science, Computer Engineering) or relevant work experience required.
  2. 5+ years' experience as a consultant or architect working on highly technical, agile teams.
  3. Working experience with modern software engineering processes.
  4. Working experience with modern release and incident management processes.
  5. Working experience with continuous delivery pipelines, testing strategies, and quality validation.
  6. Working experience with modern IaaS, PaaS, container, and Serverless cloud technologies.
  7. Working experience with cloud-native application development.
  8. Experience with modern deployment automation tools and methods.
  9. Experience with the enterprise software sales process preferred.
  10. Must have excellent written, oral, and presentation communications skills.
  11. Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  12. Ability to work with minimal supervision, engaging peers and other departments to accomplish assigned goals, and effectively execute projects in a matrix environment.

Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year

About the Role

This role does not have any direct reports. No management responsibilities. You will be responsible for evaluating candidates in the recruiting process and contributing to the onboarding and enablement of new resources.
