Job Summary

Empresa Reconocida is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to our EMEA Technical Service & Development Organization. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

  • Coordinating travel arrangements for the TS&D team and leaders
  • Managing internal meetings and events
  • Tracking expenses and maintaining accurate records
  • Interacting with external vendors and service providers

Responsibilities

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
