Social Media Content Creator Role

We are seeking a talented Content Creator to join our Social & Engagement business unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital content strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness.

As a Content Creator, you will work closely with our teams across offices to translate briefs into digital content plans that meet brand objectives. You will also be responsible for client relationship management, helping to understand brand needs and offering smart content and social media tactics.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing digital content strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Collaborating with content and creative teams to create awesome digital & social media ideas and campaigns
  • Managing social media conversations, social engagement and/or social customer service through specific tools and workflows
  • Helping to write and produce content for different projects
  • Elaborating KPIs reports and benchmarks

We are looking for a team player who is able to work with others remotely and interact with different stakeholders. Excellent English is encouraged, with a very high-level or proficiency level of English (C1-C2). A good understanding of digital marketing and corporate communications is also essential.
