About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Specialist to join our team at Radisson Hotel Group, Madrid Office. As a key member of our Digital Experience Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality digital content for our global e-commerce platform and Radisson Hotels app.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement content strategies to engage our global audience and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless content delivery and meet business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain our content management system (CMS) to ensure timely and accurate content publication.
  • Work closely with marketing and branding teams to ensure brand consistency and compliance.
  • Develop and manage timelines for content creation, review, and publication.
  • Ensure workflow remains nimble and updates are handled efficiently.
Requirements and Skills
  • Native or bilingual Chinese speaker with excellent English language skills.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience using a web content management system.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and SLA compliance.
  • Copywriting experience and ability to work with technical staff.
  • High degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
