We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Manager to join our team at JETAIR SCHEDULE SERVICES LIMITED. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet passengers prior to check-in and ensure they are listed for the flight and have valid visas.
- Liaise with airlines, handling agents, and clients regarding flight details, including go-show and no-show passengers.
- Undertake PR/Customer Service duties onboard, including distributing landing documentation and advising passengers of their onward connections.
- Liaise with ground staff in Algeria on turnaround.
- Provide administration support, making reservations, advising clients of expected arrival times, and chasing lost bags.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
- Good computer skills are required.
- Ability to speak French is desirable.
- Ability to work on own initiative and deliver good customer service.
