**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide expert-level technical support for IT and network-related issues, including desktop support, server hardware installation and replacement, and on-site assistance.
- Utilize programming techniques to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients.
**Requirements:**
- Expertise in System Desktop Administration, Customer Service, Incident/Change/Release management, and support for various third-party applications on Windows Platforms.
- Professionally trained and certified in IT Infrastructure Library and Windows Server Administration.
- Basic understanding of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, wireless LAN, Ethernet desktop configuration issues, and subnetting.
- Technical troubleshooting and hands-on experience with different OS such as iOS, Android, Windows, and Blackberry devices.
**Compensation:**
We offer competitive hourly, half-day, and full-day compensation rates for our Freelance IT Support Engineers.
