We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Partner to join our Medical Operations team in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects and supporting Health Authority Inspections across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Business Stakeholders and DDIT Strategic Business Partners to prepare for and execute inspections, analyze demand, and propose solutions.
- Represent the business in issue escalation and request resolution from country and region to Development IT LT and other DDIT functions.
- Implement solutions according to technology and delivery strategy for business systems, platforms, and processes.
- Deliver products that meet strategy and reusability requirements, ensuring on-time, within-budget, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of portfolio.
- Ensure services, solutions, platforms, and products are fit for purpose and achieve desired business value and impact.
- University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, business, or similar, or relevant experience.
- Project Methodologies (Agile - Scrum training), GxP Validation training, Operations standards (ITIL), and Quality, compliance adherence.
- Stakeholder Engagement, Operational Excellence, Digital & Technology Savvy, Applied Business Insights, Business Mindset.
- At least 10+ years of relevant experience in IT Service Management or related roles.
- ITIL Foundation Certification would be an added advantage.
