**Job Description**

We're seeking a skilled Document Management Specialist to join our Digital Management division in Spain. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by implementing robust governance frameworks and streamlining project execution with advanced technology and connected data.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Configure and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) system, ensuring optimal performance and access control.
  • Develop and maintain information management methods and procedures, including user directories, information management protocol, and file naming conventions.
  • Provide training and support to internal and external stakeholders on the use of the CDE, develop and maintain training and user guides, and act as the main point of contact for all queries and requests relating to the CDE.
  • Undertake regular CDE system audits, reporting on system usage and accuracy of document metadata, categorization, revision, status, naming, suitability, format, etc.
  • Work with stakeholders to capture processes and map into document workflows.
  • Implement measures to secure sensitive project information, including backups, disaster recovery plans, and archive of historical documentation.
  • Support technology change management and provide subject matter expertise to improve technology functionality and efficiency.

**Requirements**

  • 10+ years' experience in architecture, engineering, and construction projects across the entire project lifecycle.
  • Administrator-level experience in Bentley's AssetWise.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
