About the Role

ESPE BayWa r.e. Projects España S.L.U. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for modelling businesses within the company, supporting M&A transactions, and providing financial insights to management and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models for business planning and decision-making
  • Support M&A transactions by providing financial analysis and due diligence
  • Collaborate with project teams to secure internal approvals and support in M&A processes
  • Monitor industry trends and gather market intelligence to inform project valuation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial modelling in the renewables industry or a similar field
  • Knowledge of financial structures, corporate finance, and project finance
  • Proficient in Excel for modelling and data analysis
  • Native Spanish and fluent English
