About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our SEU AMZL Finance Team at Amazon Spain Services, S.L. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Optimization: Leverage Amazon Logistics metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities by linking operational and financial data. Develop a deep understanding of the cost structure to make informed decisions in ambiguous environments.
  • Business Partnership: Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders to influence and support tactical and strategic business decisions. Communicate financial data effectively through clear, concise, and unambiguous reports.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, evaluate their impact, and propose changes to mitigate gaps. Lead projects to streamline processes and reports, ensuring efficient financial and operational planning.
  • Financial Planning: Supervise and own the financial and operational planning processes to produce a challenging operational plan. Oversee month-end procedures, including accruals and variance analysis between scenarios.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, develop, and mentor peers and team members, promoting knowledge-sharing and a culture of continuous improvement.
