Pricing and Profitability Strategist

Be part of a dynamic team at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a company that values diversity and inclusion. As a Pricing and Profitability Strategist, you will play a key role in maximizing margins and driving profitability for our European sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to align with business objectives and customer needs
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform pricing decisions
  • Monitor and evaluate pricing performance at a country, customer, and contract level
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute pricing strategies

As a member of the Pricing, Contracts Governance and Compliance Team, you will report to the Director - Customer Service, Pricing, Contracts Governance & Compliance. This role offers a hybrid setting, with the option to work from our offices in Nyon or Barcelona.

What You Will Achieve:
  • Develop and implement a pricing strategy to maximize profitability
  • Contribute to margin optimization initiatives and create a Profitability Playbook
  • Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and recommendations on pricing effectiveness
