Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Transfers and Excursions Agent to join our team in Costa de la Luz (Chiclana de la Frontera) - Cadiz, Andalusia. The successful candidate will oversee and manage the transfers and excursion services in the Costa de la Luz - Cadiz region, fostering strong relationships with Tour Operators to guarantee top-notch service quality while addressing any incidents that may arise. Additionally, you will be tasked with analyzing and enhancing product development and sales within the excursion sector.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and manage transfer operations in Costa de la Luz - Cadiz, Andalusia.
  • Collaborate with transport providers to ensure optimal service quality.
  • Maintain communication with hoteliers and Tour Operators.
  • Handle claims and incident management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to uphold service quality.
  • Participate in planning transfer routes in the area.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and B2B online marketing.
  • Liaise with excursion providers and Tour Operators to review and renegotiate offers.
  • Conduct sales settlements with Tour Operators and collaborators.
  • Contract new activities and excursion products.
  • Address client complaints with Tour Operators and other internal departments.
  • Design and create the excursion program in Cadiz.
  • Manage special requests from Tour Operators and collaborators, coordinating these needs internally.
  • Establish and monitor sales and operational reports/statistics.
  • Undertake basic tasks within the excursions department to understand operations and client processes.
  • Manage group bookings effectively.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of the Office Suite is essential.
  • Degree in tourism or a related field.
  • In-depth understanding of activities and excursions available in Cadiz.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and business partners.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with providers and clients.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Cadiz geography and excursion programs is crucial.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Availability to work from Monday to Saturday midday during peak season.
