Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team at TechDigital Group. As a Production Technician, you will play a critical role in the preparation and manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients, intermediates, and/or medical devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Under direct supervision, train to perform duties related to production processes within the assigned area and demonstrate a working knowledge of manufacturing equipment.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
  • Transport materials of varying weight in accordance with established safety guidelines using material handling equipment and additional assistance as required.
  • Demonstrate adherence to safety procedures by monitoring personal and peer behaviors, work environment, and housekeeping.
  • Perform all duties with attention to quality, safety, and environmental matters, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, identifying, reporting, and responding to hazards in the work area.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 2 months of work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Able to read, write, and understand Basic English preferred.
  • Operating skills of manufacturing equipment, tools, and hand/pallet jack is preferred.
  • Problem-solving skills is highly preferred.
