**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team at TechDigital Group. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to manufacturing, assembly, and quality control.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Read and follow work procedures and schematics or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
• Perform manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
• Maintain daily production output and follow all EHS and Quality policies and procedures.
• Participate in quality control inspections and work with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including participating in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams.

**Requirements:**

• High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent or 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to communicate, receive, and understand instructions regarding duties to be performed.
• Demonstrated ability to detail and quality-minded work habits.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with co-workers and leadership.
