Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Operations Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our People Operations department, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for Infraspeakers, both in the office and remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • People Operations: Develop and implement strategies to make working at Infraspeak a unique and personalized experience.
  • Request Management: Manage Infraspeakers' day-to-day requests globally, including travel, resource bookings, special orders, perks, and events.
  • Office Management: Oversee the management of our office in Barcelona, including inventory, events, equipment, and access control.
  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage employee admission and dismissal processes.
  • External Entity Management: Coordinate with external entities, such as accounting service providers.
  • Process Enlightenment: Educate the team on salary processing topics and other relevant processes.
  • Employee Support: Ensure all Infraspeakers have the necessary resources to perform at their best.
  • Management Support: Enable top management in their day-to-day operations.
  • Office Experience: Create and maintain the coolest and most functional offices with a clear Infraspeak identity.
