Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our commercial team, you will provide support for the day-to-day processing of business administration for liquid bulk/Cryoease and gases within the European merchant.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to commercial teams across different regions, liaising with individual members.
  2. Maintain the integrity of systems (SAP and Salesforce Automation Data) through process adherence.
  3. Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  4. Support pricing programs as needed.
  5. Establish business relationships with other business areas.
  6. Liaise with business functional leadership teams.
Requirements
  1. Native level of Czech or Slovak.
  2. Full professional level of English (C1).
  3. Ideal 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer support role.
  4. Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with different stakeholders.
  5. Proactive and positive mentality, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  6. Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
  7. A detail-oriented professional, with high organizational skills.
  8. A good command of Microsoft Office.
  9. SAP will be a plus.
