Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to commercial teams across different regions, liaising with individual members.
- Maintain the integrity of systems (SAP and Salesforce Automation Data) through process adherence.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Support pricing programs as needed.
- Establish business relationships with other business areas.
- Liaise with business functional leadership teams.
- Native level of Czech or Slovak.
- Full professional level of English (C1).
- Ideal 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer support role.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with different stakeholders.
- Proactive and positive mentality, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
- A detail-oriented professional, with high organizational skills.
- A good command of Microsoft Office.
- SAP will be a plus.
