We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Fleet Manager at Go Sharing Barcelona office. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our e-scooter fleet, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Field Operations Management: Manage all stages of field operations, including vehicle and scooter maintenance, deployment, and retrieval.
  2. Project Leadership: Direct project teams focused on operational improvements, challenges, and initiatives that drive business growth.
  3. Asset Management: Monitor and maintain company assets, including e-scooters and vehicles, to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  4. Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and customers to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
  5. Performance Management: Develop and implement staffing plans, assess employee performance, and provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure team success.
