Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented Content Creator to take our visual and written content to the next level. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for capturing our properties, creating engaging web content, and polishing sales materials.
Responsibilities- Create high-quality visual content packages of our luxury properties.
- Develop engaging content for our website, email, and social media platforms.
- Optimize our current property listings to improve visibility and appeal.
- Design inspiring sales and brand materials that showcase our properties in the best light.
- Assist in managing our organic social media presence.
We are looking for a creative mind with high standards who understands marketing and can elevate our brand. You should have:
- A degree related to graphic design, marketing, or media production.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation and branding.
- The ability to work independently on projects and initiatives.
- Experience in creating a creative studio from scratch.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Tech-savvy, with experience working with iOS systems and Google Suite.
- An out-of-the-box thinker who is not afraid to take risks.
