What We're Looking For

We're seeking a versatile Junior Content Creator to join our team. As a Junior Content Creator, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team from marketing and communication to UX, branding, strategy, and analytics.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Ideate, curate, create, and execute inspiring, educational, and useful content for brands, public institutions, and society.
  • Work with an open mind to different channels and formats like posts, podcasts, or social media.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communication team to create bold content guided by defined strategies.
  • Analyze data to improve brand content focused on audience needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest news and trends about communication and technology.

Requirements
  • A Degree in Journalism or Communication.
  • A native level of Spanish and Catalan and English C2 Proficiency Certificate.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar position.
  • A natural curiosity related to initiatives about digitalization, technology, strategy, and quality data.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office and any other tools regarding content creation – texts and visuals.
  • Comfortable working with social media content management tools such as Brandwatch, Hootsuite, or Sprinklr.
  • Capabilities to localize quality data and analyze it from social media channels or any other platforms.
  • Ready to build solid relationships with diverse clients and different teams.
