Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Manager to lead a team of professionals in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 15 people to achieve exceptional customer service and quality standards.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- English C1 minimum (knowledge of another language is valuable).
- Experience in team management and teaching.
- Residence in Madrid.
What We Offer:
- Permanent contract.
- 39-hour work week.
- Schedule: Mon-Thurs 9 - 18h, Fri 9 - 17h.
- Salary: 28.000€ gross/year.
- Training within a contract.
