We are seeking a highly skilled Team Manager to lead a team of professionals in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a team of 15 people to achieve exceptional customer service and quality standards.
  2. Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  3. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  2. English C1 minimum (knowledge of another language is valuable).
  3. Experience in team management and teaching.
  4. Residence in Madrid.

What We Offer:

  1. Permanent contract.
  2. 39-hour work week.
  3. Schedule: Mon-Thurs 9 - 18h, Fri 9 - 17h.
  4. Salary: 28.000€ gross/year.
  5. Training within a contract.
  6. An excellent work environment within an international team.
