Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics & Transport Planner to join our team at Frieslandcampina.
About the Role
This is a challenging position that requires a deep understanding of logistics processes, including forwarding, transport legislation, and customs regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP and a proven track record of working with FMCG companies, particularly in the fresh products sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Collaborate with local and international suppliers and logistics service providers to ensure seamless operations
- Manage and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
- Lead projects within the logistics team to drive process improvements and cost savings
- Provide coaching and guidance to colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Experience in SAP and logistics processes
- Previous experience in FMCG companies, particularly in the fresh products sector
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
