We are seeking a highly skilled Process Control Specialist to join our team at Amazon European Central Flow. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Flow Management: You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of flow standards in a partner Fulfilment Centre (FC), working closely with Operations leaders to plan and execute shifts while escalating risks or standard work deviations to senior managers.
- Subject Matter Expertise: You will become a subject matter expert in flow management tools and processes, and how they interface with FC operations, providing guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
- Improvement Opportunities: You will conduct deep dive analysis into improvement opportunities, promoting and leading comprehensive action plans across multiple stakeholders, and track, communicate, and influence key performance indices such as customer risk, compliance with flow planning, and performance to site level KPIs.
- Stakeholder Management: You will partner with varied stakeholder groups across multiple business areas and levels of seniority, communicating complex topics in an accessible way, and take part in coaching initiatives to share your knowledge of the area with operators, or train new team members as part of their onboarding.
- Language Proficiency: You are proficient in English (European Framework level B2).
- Communication Skills: You have a strong track record of communication skills across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Problem Solving: You are a problem solver, comfortable working with data to make critical decisions.
- Fluency in Another European Language: You have fluency in another European language.
- Experience Working in Remote/Centralized Teams: You have experience working in remote/centralized teams.
- Data Science Skills: You have data science skills including SQL.
- Excellent Judgement: You have excellent judgement to be able to make decisions under pressure.
- Ability to Influence Others: You have the ability to influence others in pressured situations in pursuit of great outcomes.
