Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at Arcelormittal. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth production of our products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the operations team to achieve production objectives and ensure compliance with established budgets.
- Supervise the work of your team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of production tasks.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with the industrial director to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to achieve continuous improvement.
- Ensure that all production processes meet the required standards of quality and environmental compliance.
- Communicate effectively with the team, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- First experience in operations/production environment within the industry, preferably in the Construction & panels business.
- Experience in process analytics and optimization.
- High understanding of production processes and ability to analyze data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Fluent Spanish skills and working proficiency in English.
