Role Purpose Statement

As a Communications Business Partner at Bunge, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication plans and strategies that align with the company's culture, messages, brand, and strategy. You will collaborate closely with the communications team, business leaders, and stakeholders across countries, regions, and globally.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end communications strategies and plans in collaboration with the communications team and stakeholders.
  • Plan, write, and edit engaging content for various internal and external communication channels, including articles, emails, videos, executive messages, and more.
  • Provide communications support to key strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Work with the regional and global communications teams to improve the communications framework and channels.
  • Monitor and measure key communication tools and channels, and identify opportunities for new ideas and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Communications or related field, with proficiency in English.
  • +5 years of experience in a communications role, with expertise in managing internal and external communications in a global environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and basic knowledge of graphic design.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate and business communication for internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to think strategically and communicate complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
