Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager specializing in Salesforce within our Last Mile division. The EU DSP Salesforce team is dedicated to enhancing DSP performance by aligning with business strategies through the development of tools aimed at driving DSP enhancements on a large scale.

In this capacity, you will optimize the value derived from Salesforce by spearheading and executing strategic initiatives to refine our Salesforce organization.

Your role will involve establishing frameworks to boost platform adoption, assess risks, and uphold high standards for delivering dependable and secure solutions that prioritize customer requirements.

This position serves as a vital link between business stakeholders and the Salesforce technical team, facilitating improved internal and external workflows through the introduction of new features, essential data sets, and enhanced reporting systems to elevate the Salesforce user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and enhance strategies to maximize Salesforce utilization within Last Mile.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that encompasses design, user requirements, market evaluations, scalable delivery plans, adoption strategies, and expansion into the APAC & AMET regions.
  • Innovate solutions leveraging data and research to tackle broader challenges within the organization.
  • Adopt a holistic perspective in analyzing business operations, driving enhancements across various teams and organizations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize improvement initiatives, overseeing them from inception to completion.
A Day in the Life

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and manage the execution of innovative, data-driven transformations within Amazon, guiding improvement projects and programs.

Your strategic thinking will be essential in defining and implementing an effective project plan.

Senior Project Managers bear significant responsibilities, addressing complex challenges with creativity, innovation, and leadership.

Beyond process enhancements, you may also contribute to advancing other business areas, such as diversity, equity, and inclusion.

About the Team

The EU DSP Business Health Team is tasked with developing DSP lifecycle insights, coaching tools, and interventions for Business Coaches (BCs), aimed at enhancing DSP profitability, performance, reliability, and compliance.

The team formulates standardized mechanisms for EU country BCs, leveraging in-country best practices to ensure continuous improvement across all EU regions while considering specific legal and regulatory conditions.

They create efficient process landscapes by designing effective tools and mechanisms that empower BCs to support DSP success across five key pillars: (1) delivering DSP insights via dashboards and XBR metrics integrated through CRM tools (Salesforce) to ensure stakeholder connectivity and execution efficiency, (2) establishing common coaching routine templates for local, regional, and Pan-EU reviews to guarantee high-quality outputs, (3) standardizing work routines and providing knowledge management to alleviate cognitive load on BCs, (4) developing specific coaching routines that focus on DSP program health reviews and core business disciplines such as DSP Quality, Fleet & VAS, or DSP Compliance to guide BCs in fostering DSP success, and (5) supporting monitoring and enforcement processes (MEP).

Basic Qualifications
  • A degree.
  • Experience in communicating with and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale programs or projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM products and experience in implementing Salesforce CRM enhancement projects.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced or master's degree.
  • Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Prince2, or other project management methodologies.
  • Experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations setting.
  • Experience in conceptualizing and executing operational or supply chain management improvements.
  • Possession of Salesforce system admin or Salesforce business analyst certification.
