Job Summary

We're seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our Global Sales and Marketing team. As a key member, you'll lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Your expertise will ensure successful deployment and maintenance of Salesforce applications, driving business growth through innovative Salesforce capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the project Architect to understand overall solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Define use cases and requirements, build out declarative aspects of solutions, and author supporting documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions, leveraging extensive Salesforce expertise to drive business value.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure successful deployment and maintenance of Salesforce applications.
  • Maintain compliance, data integrity, and best practices in Salesforce applications, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Understand and implement the End-to-End Lead to Cash Lifecycle, ensuring efficient and effective sales processes.
  • Implement product and price rules in Salesforce CPQ, managing complex scenarios and ensuring accurate pricing.
  • Manage CPQ processes such as Upsell, Downsell, product swap, cancellation, and auto-renewal scenarios, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Opportunity Management and Order Management modules, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Execute at least one full lifecycle of Salesforce CPQ implementations, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce platform features, especially Lightning, to drive innovation and business value.
  • Document current and future state business processes to assist users in understanding changes and impacts, ensuring seamless adoption.

Requirements

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience, with a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
  • 1+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Mulesoft Composer, with hands-on expertise.
  • Proficient in Salesforce Opportunity Management and Order Management modules, with a strong understanding of sales processes.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one full lifecycle Salesforce implementation as a techno-functional expert, with a strong track record of success.
  • Academic background in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in software development and technical expertise.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks and languages such as C++, JS, Apex, SwiftUI, Java, HTML/CSS, LWC, NodeJs, PostgreSQL, SQL, SOQL querying, ReactJS, etc.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Billing and Netsuite CRM Finance module is a plus, with a strong understanding of financial processes.
  • Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Admin / Advanced Admin, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Developer Level 1, Sales/Service/Community Cloud.
