About the Role

TUI Group is a leading global tourism business, and we're seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Architect to join our Platform and Enterprise Architecture technology organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide data architecture frameworks and strategies to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with senior business and technology leaders to ensure technology strategies reflect business goals and current/future capabilities.
  • Design and implement data governance policies, standards, and patterns to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale data projects to deliver business value and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and promote data integration patterns, practices, and tools to ensure seamless data interoperability across TUI.
About You

We're looking for an experienced architect and authentic servant leader with a passion for technology and Enterprise data architecture. You'll have expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-wide data architecture frameworks and strategies, as well as a strong background in data modelling, data integration, and data governance.

You'll be an expert in translating business vision into viable technical strategies and conveying such strategies back to business stakeholders. You'll also have a proven track record in developing and maintaining comprehensive data models, ensuring data quality, and optimising data flows.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about data-driven decision making and can drive the adoption of data analytics and business intelligence solutions. You'll be comfortable working across organisational and market boundaries and managing senior stakeholders.
