About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Data Architect to join our global technology organization at TUI Group. As a key member of our Platform and Enterprise Architecture team, you will play a critical role in shaping our data strategy and driving business transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive data governance framework to ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the organization.
  • Design and implement enterprise-wide data architecture frameworks and strategies to support business growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with senior business and technology leaders to ensure our technology strategies reflect business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive data models, ensuring data quality and optimizing data flows.
  • Define and implement data governance policies, standards, and patterns, including data privacy and security measures.
  • Experience with agile software development practices and the ability to integrate data architecture with agile methodologies.
  • Ability to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into data architecture solutions.
  • Oversee the evolution of global data strategies and implementation of solutions for the whole group, identifying risks and providing necessary guidance.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned data architect with a strong background in data modeling, data integration, and data governance. You should have a proven track record in designing architecture blueprints and optimizing them to drive development and innovation.

  • Expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-wide data architecture frameworks and strategies.
  • Experience with agile software development practices and the ability to integrate data architecture with agile methodologies.
  • Ability to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into data architecture solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive innovation through data solutions.
  • Open-minded and inquisitive, with a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest data technologies and trends.
