About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Director to join our team at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our Global Corporate Compliance Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting business operations and leading compliance-related activities in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Refine Compliance Policies: Create and implement compliance policies that integrate healthcare, corporate, and other compliance controls to guide Regeneron's Spanish operations.
  2. Design and Deliver Compliance Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive compliance training programs for employees and third parties, ensuring a deep understanding of compliance principles and industry codes.
  3. Provide Proactive Risk Management: Collaborate with business leaders to identify and mitigate potential risks, providing timely and comprehensive compliance-related advice and oversight.
  4. Stay Informed of Emerging Trends: Stay up-to-date on emerging industry trends to proactively handle and mitigate compliance risks.
  5. Collaborate with Compliance Monitoring Team: Work closely with the compliance monitoring team to conduct internal reviews, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with local industry codes.

Requirements:

  • Deep Understanding of European Compliance Laws: Possess a deep understanding of European compliance laws, regulations, and industry codes of practice governing the biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in Health Compliance: Have at least 7+ years of experience in health compliance roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams and work independently.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Possess the ability to make strong decisions and design creative solutions to support the development of strategies and implement solutions swiftly.
