Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and articulate Inside Sales Representative to become a key member of our Technical Services sales team. The Technical Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new service sales opportunities, including Service Contracts, Packages, and parts. This role involves engaging with customers to understand their requirements and ensuring a seamless sales experience. Success in this position requires the ability to effectively sell services and achieve sales targets.

The Inside Sales Representative should possess technical expertise in water treatment systems for hemodialysis, as they will manage sales related to new installations. This role will also oversee the project from initial customer engagement through to project delivery post-installation.

To excel in this position, you should be adept at building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction. The TS Inside Sales Representative should be innovative and a good listener. Experience with cold-calling and negotiating over the phone is essential. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will master the commercial process for selling services, utilizing SFDC as your primary tool on a daily basis.

Face-to-face meetings with customers for negotiations and prospecting new clients will also be required, as well as participation during the implementation and installation of water treatment projects.

Key Responsibilities

Selling services such as Service Contracts, Parts, and related service packages. Managing and selling new projects/installations related to water treatment systems for hemodialysis. Engaging with customers to understand their needs and identify service and sales opportunities. Collaborating with Marketing to gather market insights. Explaining and demonstrating the features of service packages and their value propositions. Staying informed about competing products and services. Upselling service packages and services. Researching and qualifying new leads. Achieving service sales targets and maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities. Working closely with Cluster heads to align on progress and sales strategies within the organization. Ensuring all opportunities are tracked and maintaining visibility of negotiation stages on a daily basis. Responsible for achieving sales in compliance with budget and forecasts.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience in selling services and consumables. High school diploma in Engineering; a college degree is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Technical knowledge of Medical Devices. Strong organizational skills to manage projects effectively. Solid sales knowledge and capabilities. Flexibility and adaptability. Team-oriented mindset. Required languages: Spanish, English (Portuguese is a plus). Willingness to travel across Spain and Portugal (40% of total time).
