Job Title: Senior Knowledge Analyst - AI-Driven Customer Management

At Boston Consulting Group, we are seeking a Senior Knowledge Analyst to join our Deep AI team. As a key member of our team, you will partner with business leaders and client consulting teams to support sales and delivery of AI-driven Customer Management programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with sales and client consulting teams to define go-to-market strategies and identify use cases for AI-driven Customer Management.
  • Conduct analyses to deliver insights on competitors, best practices, and emerging AI trends.
  • Codify client playbooks, best practices, and case studies to enable sales and client consulting teams.
  • Deliver client-specific reports and create thought leadership perspectives on customer experience technology, generative AI, personalization, and marketing automation.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in emerging AI trends and their impact on customer and commercial outcomes.
  • Experience in conducting research and analysis to deliver market insight and thought leadership.
  • Prior experience in consulting or technology pre-sales, with a focus on scoping client solutions and defining target customer experiences.
