Job Summary

RIB Club Menorca SL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Prep, Rep & Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and condition of our RIB fleet.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in boat maintenance, repairs, and mechanics, with experience in refit projects, surface works, engine servicing, and refurbs. You will be responsible for performing daily RIB cleaning and maintenance, working on various refit projects, liaising with local suppliers, and organizing sea trials and orientations for members.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Preventative Maintenance: Perform daily RIB cleaning and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and condition.
  2. Refit Projects: Work on various refit projects, including surface works, engine servicing, and refurbs.
  3. Liaison with Suppliers: Collaborate with local suppliers to source materials and services for maintenance and refit projects.
  4. Sea Trials and Orientations: Organize sea trials and orientations for members to ensure they are familiar with the RIBs and their operation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in boat maintenance, repairs, and mechanics.
  • Qualifications: A valid boat license (PER or similar) and a driver's license.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with members and suppliers.
  • Additional Skills: Any additional languages or certifications are a plus.
