Job Title: Prep, Rep & Maintenance Technician

About Us: Rib Club Menorca Sl is a leading provider of marine services, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Prep, Rep & Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to perform daily RIB cleaning and maintenance, work on various refit projects, liaise with local suppliers, and assist with sea trials and orientations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily RIB cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Work on various refit projects, including surface works, engine servicing, and refurbs
  • Liaise with local suppliers and collaborate on MRO projects
  • Refuel RIBs as needed
  • Organize sea trials and orientations for members

Requirements:

  • Experience in boat maintenance, repairs, and mechanics
  • Driver's license and personal car
  • Boat license (PER or similar)
  • Fluent Spanish
  • Fluent, advanced, or upper intermediate level of English
  • Any additional languages are a plus
