This position will be responsible for overseeing and developing supplier networks for electronic systems, a key material category for Abiomed products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team of electronics category managers to develop and drive sourcing strategies
- Deepen category management skills in the organization
- Plan, direct, and support the delivery against targets for capacity, contracting, financial performance, supply reliability across quality & service, and compliance adherence
- Manage supplier partnerships to drive performance delivery, risk mitigation, and value through supplier-enabled innovation
- Cultivate and use strategic relationships with key business partners to shape, optimize, and diversify the supply base
