About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Educational Operations at Kids&Us. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our school, ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational experiences for our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management
    • Supervise and manage all aspects of school operations, including academic and commercial activities;
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness;
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making.
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase enrollment and revenue;
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Office to promote the brand and increase market share;
    • Build and maintain relationships with parents and clients to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of educators and staff to deliver high-quality educational experiences;
    • Provide coaching and development opportunities to support the growth and success of team members;
    • Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes collaboration and teamwork.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the school's budget and financial resources to ensure effective use of funds;
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability;
    • Monitor and analyze financial KPIs to inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field;
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in educational leadership or management;
    • Proven track record of success in improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and management skills;
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions;
    • Knowledge of educational best practices and industry trends;
    • Fluency in English (B1/B2 level).
