Key Responsibilities

As an Accounting Manager, your main duties will include:

  • Engaging directly with clients to ensure the timely provision of services
  • Overseeing and reviewing financial reporting, analytical accounting, treasury forecasts, and other requested client information
  • Leading and managing team operations to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills
  • Coordinating resources effectively to meet client needs
  • Participating in the recruitment process and making strategic staffing decisions
  • Monitoring team performance and project profitability
  • Contributing to the development of business strategies
  • Acting as the primary liaison between the Center of Excellence and partners and colleagues
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, economics, or a related discipline
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and taxation
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a multinational corporate environment
  • Proven experience in managing teams
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Navision) and advanced Excel skills
  • Fluency in French and proficiency in English
  • Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to meet tight reporting deadlines
