Language Content Specialist, Danish, Prime Video Global Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Language Content Specialist to join our team at Prime Video. As a key member of our Global Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our content for Danish-speaking customers.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Language Content Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Applying your knowledge of the Danish language to execute small-scale projects and improve processes
- Managing escalations on routine tasks and creating or fixing media assets with high quality
- Collaborating with stakeholders to oversee asset deliveries and ensure timely, defect-free content publishing
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Danish language with a strong understanding of region-specific jargon and colloquialism
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
