About the Role
At Amazon, we're passionate about delivering exceptional entertainment experiences to our customers. As a Danish Language Content Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our content in the Danish market.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply your expertise in Danish language to execute small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes and achieve quality metrics.
- Manage escalation on routine tasks and create or fix media assets such as subtitles, metadata, or artwork with high quality.
About the Team
The Prime Video Global Operations team partners with stakeholders to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and content publishing to our global audience. We're committed to ensuring every search, discovery, and playback interaction with Prime Video is device-agnostic, defect-free, and results in a high engagement experience for customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (level C1).
- Fluency in English both verbal and written.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
