About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at S&P Global. As a key member of our Business Enablement team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and strategic enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations and Performance Measurement: Provide leaders and business owners with transparent data and reporting to enable rapid decision-making and reprioritization.
  • Process Excellence: Analyze and optimize key operating processes to design efficient and effective business processes.
  • Problem Solving and Projects: Lead initiatives prioritized by business owners in pursuit of strategic goals or resolve issues for analytical leaders.
  • Organizational Change Management: Develop and deploy end-to-end change management strategies to engage teams and improve the probability of successfully achieving our goals.
  • Communications and Content Creation: Create relevant and concise content to help colleagues understand changes and enable effective sharing of information.
What We're Looking For
  • Understanding of the Ratings Business: Strong knowledge of the Ratings business and organizational processes.
  • Process Diagnostic and Redesign Capabilities: Ability to quickly establish trust and influence with key stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong Storytelling and Facilitation Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate complex ideas and facilitate change.
  • Project Management and Execution Skills: Strong project management skills to execute multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
