**Job Summary**

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a seasoned financial professional to join Airbus Defence and Space as a Senior Financial Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing customer-centric sales financing solutions to drive business growth and revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and implement innovative sales financing solutions to secure and enable Airbus Defence and Space sales, aligning with the company's principles and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, financial institutions, and export credit agencies, to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate and implement international financings with customers, banks, lessors, investors, and export credit agencies to secure maximum governmental support and favorable payment terms.
  • Contribute to the achievement of Airbus Defence and Space's business targets by securing and supporting turnover and performance targets, protecting the company's balance sheet, and boosting sales through innovative financing solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financing solutions that meet the needs of Airbus Defence and Space customers.

**Requirements**

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law, or Engineering from a reputable international or local university.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a bank, export credit agency, or similar role at a corporate organization.
  • Strong commercial acumen, interpersonal, and customer management skills, with the ability to interact with customers, banks, and other stakeholders in a global and diverse environment.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written English.
  • Availability to travel, when necessary.
