Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Offer product and service information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Research and gather necessary information to meet customer needs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date knowledge.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain an up-to-date customer information system, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure prompt resolutions, minimizing customer dissatisfaction.
- Follow up on customer calls when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Fluent in Danish (verbal and written)
- Strong command of English
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer-oriented with a strong focus on providing exceptional service
- Strong problem-solving skills
