Job Summary

We are seeking a Danish Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support through various channels, including chats, calls, and emails.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Offer product and service information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Research and gather necessary information to meet customer needs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date knowledge.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain an up-to-date customer information system, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure prompt resolutions, minimizing customer dissatisfaction.
  • Follow up on customer calls when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Danish (verbal and written)
  • Strong command of English
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer-oriented with a strong focus on providing exceptional service
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using technology and computer systems
