About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team at Swiss Re. As a key member of our DevOps team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing quality assurance measures throughout the complete DevOps life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement quality assurance measures throughout the complete DevOps life cycle
  • Plan and lead End-to-End (E2E) testing
  • Test specific components against requirements such as performance, load, reliability, and availability
  • Collaborate with our DevOps Reliability Center of Excellence
  • Contribute to the further development of our service and system health monitoring
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Technical experience in senior-level skills in software testing and test automation
  • Solid experience in automated testing of modern web applications and REST APIs
  • Good communication skills in spoken and written English
  • Nice-to-have: experience with complex projects and/or large organisations, experience in testing integrations to diverse external systems, proficiency in system engineering or administration, networking, IT infrastructure, experience with agile projects and DevOps, experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
