About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Director to join our team at Monks Associates. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for driving the development of innovative strategies, concepts, and guidance for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead Creative Vision: Lead the creative vision for a variety of clients, adapting strategies to align with their individual brand and communication needs.
  • Lead Creative Processes: Manage projects across different accounts, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring the delivery of top-notch, social-first creative solutions.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with creative teams to provide direction on visual design, animation, copywriting, and other creative components for interactive campaigns, social media content, and marketing initiatives.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients through presentations, both in-person and via video calls, to pitch new concepts and projects, ensuring alignment with their expectations.
  • Innovation and Efficiency: Innovate and push boundaries to maximize creative and technical possibilities while meeting demanding deadlines, leveraging the capabilities of artificial intelligence to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Global Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication with global teams to ensure cohesive and impactful creative solutions for clients.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director with a strong command of English and a keen understanding of the latest social media trends and technologies. You should have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate leadership by providing clear creative direction and empowering in-house teams to take ownership of their projects.

You should be proficient in digital platforms and have a strong understanding of user experience in digital platforms, creating captivating and inspiring concepts.
