We are seeking a highly skilled Booking Manager to join our team at MTS Globe Spain. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the booking management process, ensuring seamless communication with our partners and stakeholders, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Booking Management Process: Oversee the entire booking lifecycle, from initial inquiry to final confirmation, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Manage Notifications and Special Requests: Coordinate with our partners and stakeholders to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
  • Control Stop Sales and Allotment: Monitor and manage stop sales and allotment control to optimize revenue and ensure maximum occupancy.
  • Daily Follow-up of Bookings: Regularly review and update booking status, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor Average Price per Booking and Occupancy: Analyze and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive growth.
