Job Description

As a Senior Account Planner at Starcom, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for developing and executing media strategies for clients across various sectors, including watchmaking, oil, and credit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute media planning scenarios based on client objectives and strategies.
  • Extract insights and provide recommendations based on media results, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
  • Collaborate with the media team to manage daily media responsibilities and ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Manage media budgets for assigned clients and maintain high-quality work standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with new and emerging technologies to enhance campaign execution and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain strong relationships with media advertising representatives and negotiate optimal media rates.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing and Advertising.
  • English language proficiency (B2 level).
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in online and traditional media planning in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of interactive and offline marketing concepts and practices.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in required software, including Kantar, InfoAdex, InstarAnalytics, comScore, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager.
